During our family trip, the hotel offered immaculate rooms that had an unusual smell, possibly to cover up a moldy odor and lingering smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The staff was friendly but had a snarky attitude during check-in. The location was convenient, although a bit far from downtown Columbus. The dining experience was welcoming but could have been better. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel lobby may have set high standards, but the rooms fell short with dirty pop bottles in the queen size and food left in the fridge, ruining the experience. Despite that, the staff was friendly and accommodating, although lacking in enforcing smoking violations effectively. The location was convenient for our needs, although having a gym walkway passing through was a bit odd. The dining options were varied, but some dishes were disappointing. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
I stayed at the hotel and found it to be in a convenient location near the airport and Zangmeister Cancer Hospital with a pet-friendly policy and surrounded by many stores. The rooms had a slightly mildewy smell and were unfortunately close to the hallway entrance leading to early morning disturbance from staff activities. The service, however, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially with necessary assistance. The dining experience offered adequate food options, but not particularly remarkable. Overall, the stay was pleasant with a few minor inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to many restaurants and shopping areas, and the grounds offered a sense of security. However, the room had a strong smell of bug spray and was located near a noisy fire door. The service was lackluster, with staff not being friendly and assigning us a room we specifically did not want.
